All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance deposit and written confirmation from Mountain King Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd.

The remaining balance can be paid before arrival in Nepal or upon arrival, depending on the agreed terms.

A booking is considered fully confirmed only after written confirmation is issued by our company.

2. Terms & Conditions

All trekking and tour arrangements are subject to Nepal government regulations, weather conditions, local restrictions, and safety considerations.

Mountain King Treks reserves the right to adjust or modify itineraries when necessary due to weather, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are required to follow all instructions provided by guides and staff during the trip for safety and smooth operations.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting all personal information shared with us.

Your data is used only for booking, permits, insurance, and travel arrangements. We do not share personal information with third parties except when required by law.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and non-refundable costs such as permits, flights, hotel bookings, and logistics arrangements.

Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds due to advance operational commitments.

5. Travel Insurance Policy

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trekking, tour, and climbing activities in Nepal.

Insurance must cover high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, and helicopter evacuation if required.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid and adequate insurance before beginning the trip.

6. Responsible Travel Policy

We promote sustainable and responsible tourism in Nepal.

Clients are expected to respect local culture, traditions, environment, and wildlife during their journey.

We encourage minimizing plastic use, supporting local communities, and following Leave No Trace principles throughout all trekking and tour activities.

7. Payment Information

All bookings require an advance deposit to confirm the trip. The remaining balance can be paid according to the agreed terms before or upon arrival in Nepal.

Payment methods, bank details, and instructions are provided at the time of booking confirmation.
