Ltd., we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and reliable payment process for all trekking, tours, peak climbing, mountaineering expeditions, and other travel services in Nepal. Our payment procedures are designed to ensure a smooth booking experience while giving our clients confidence and peace of mind from the time of booking until the completion of their journey.

This Payment Information explains our booking deposit requirements, payment methods, balance payments, booking confirmation process, required documents, and other important payment details. By confirming a booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Information, together with our Booking Policy, Terms & Conditions, and other applicable company policies.

Advance Deposit Requirement

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable advance deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required.

This advance deposit allows us to begin arranging permits, experienced guides, accommodation, transportation, domestic flights (where applicable), and other essential travel services required for your journey.

Although the advance deposit is non-refundable, it may be transferred to a future departure date if a written postponement request is received at least 14 days before your scheduled departure, subject to availability and the conditions outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Booking & Payment Process

Booking your trip with Mountain King Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. is simple and straightforward.

The booking process generally follows these steps:

• Select your preferred trip and confirm availability with our team.

• Receive your personalized itinerary, quotation, and official booking confirmation.

• We will provide our official company bank account details for an international SWIFT bank transfer.

• Complete the required 25% advance deposit.

• Send us your payment receipt or transaction confirmation together with the required travel documents.

Once we have reviewed your payment confirmation and booking details, we will immediately begin preparing your trip.

SWIFT Bank Transfer & Booking Confirmation

We primarily accept international payments through secure SWIFT bank transfers.

International SWIFT transfers generally require 3–5 business days to be credited to our company bank account, depending on the sending bank and country of origin.

To avoid unnecessary delays, we kindly ask you to send your payment receipt, bank transfer confirmation, or transaction screenshot via WhatsApp or email immediately after completing the transfer.

After reviewing your payment confirmation and verifying your booking details, we will immediately confirm your reservation and begin arranging permits, guides, accommodation, transportation, flights, and other travel logistics, even while the bank transfer is still being processed.

The payment process is finalized once the transferred funds have been successfully credited to our company bank account.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance may be paid before your departure or upon your arrival in Kathmandu, according to the payment arrangement agreed during the booking process.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• International bank transfer

• Cash payment in Nepal (USD, EUR, or Nepalese Rupees)

Full payment must be completed before the commencement of your trek, tour, climbing expedition, or other travel service.

Required Documents

To complete your booking and arrange the necessary permits and travel services, we may request the following documents:

• Passport copy

• Passport-sized photograph

• Flight and arrival information (if available)

• Travel insurance details (where applicable)

• Payment receipt or bank transfer confirmation

• Please do not transfer any payment until you have received official booking confirmation from our team.

• Always confirm trip availability before making a payment.

• Ensure that all passport information is accurate for permit processing.
