Mountain King Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. accepts payments through international bank transfer (SWIFT transfer), ensuring safe and reliable transactions for all travel services.
This system is designed to provide clear communication, secure processing, and smooth booking confirmation for all Nepal travel experiences.

Booking Deposit & Payment Process
To confirm your trekking or tour booking in Nepal, we use a secure and simple payment system designed for international travelers.
Mountain King Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. accepts payments through international bank transfer (SWIFT transfer). This process ensures safe and reliable transactions for all trekking services.
Please read the payment process carefully before confirming your trip.
Advance Payment Requirement (25%)
To confirm any trekking booking:
- A 25% advance deposit is required at the time of booking
- This deposit is used to secure:
- Trekking permits
- Domestic flights
- Guide and porter arrangements
- Hotel and logistics bookings
Once the advance payment is received, your booking process officially begins.
Booking Confirmation Process
Your booking will be confirmed as follows:
- Select your trekking package and confirm availability
- Receive booking confirmation from our team
- Pay 25% advance deposit via bank transfer (SWIFT)
- Send us:
- Payment receipt / transaction screenshot
- Full passport copy (scanned or clear photo)
- Passport-size photo (for permits)
- After receiving documents and payment proof:
- Your trek is immediately confirmed and processed
- Permits and logistics are arranged
Even if the bank transfer is still processing (3–5 working days), your booking is secured upon receipt of payment proof and documents.
Remaining Payment
- Remaining balance can be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu or before the trek
- Payment methods: bank transfer or cash (USD / EUR / NPR)
- Full payment must be completed before trek departure
Required Documents
For permit processing and legal trekking arrangements, we require:
- Passport copy (mandatory)
- Passport-size photo (mandatory)
- Travel details (arrival date, flight info if available)
These documents are required at the time of booking confirmation.
