Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mountain King Treks. By booking any trek, tour, expedition, peak climbing trip, or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance deposit payment and the necessary client information. Confirmation will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

Payments

A 25% non-refundable advance deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid before departure or upon arrival in Kathmandu according to the agreed arrangement. Any bank transfer fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.

Itinerary Changes

All itineraries are carefully planned; however, changes may occur due to weather conditions, flight delays, road conditions, government regulations, natural disasters, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Safety will always remain our highest priority.

Travel Insurance

All clients must obtain valid travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, emergency medical treatment, helicopter evacuation, trip interruption, accidents, and personal belongings where applicable.

Health and Fitness

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for their chosen trip. Any medical condition that may affect participation should be disclosed before departure.Guide Authority

For safety reasons, clients agree to follow the instructions and decisions of guides and support staff throughout the journey. Decisions made by guides regarding safety, weather, health, and route conditions must be respected.

Trip Modification or Cancellation

Mountain King Treks reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any trip due to safety concerns, natural disasters, government restrictions, insufficient participation, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, following local laws, respecting local customs, and maintaining appropriate behavior throughout the trip.

Limitation of Liability

Mountain King Treks acts as a tour operator and shall not be held responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, loss of property, natural disasters, political events, airline disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and making payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Policy Updates

Mountain King Treks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
