Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and begin your scenic drive towards Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. The journey takes you through lush green hills, river valleys, waterfalls, and winding Himalayan roads, offering a beautiful introduction to Destination Sikkim.
On arrival in Gangtok (approx. 5–6 hours drive), check in at your hotel and relax after the journey. In the evening, you may explore MG Marg, the lively heart of Gangtok, known for its cafés, shops, and peaceful atmosphere. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Gangtok, where spirituality, culture, and Himalayan views come together beautifully. Visit important monasteries such as Rumtek Monastery, Enchey Monastery, Do Drul Chorten, and Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, which reflect the deep Buddhist heritage of Sikkim.
Continue the journey to scenic viewpoints including Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, and Hanuman Tok, offering panoramic views of snow-covered Himalayan peaks. Later visit Banjhakri Falls, a beautiful natural waterfall surrounded by forest landscapes.
