Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and begin your scenic drive towards Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim. The journey takes you through lush green hills, Teesta River valleys, waterfalls, and winding Himalayan roads, offering a beautiful introduction to Destination Sikkim.

On arrival in Gangtok (approx. 5–6 hours drive), check in to your hotel and relax after the journey. In the evening, you may explore MG Marg, the vibrant heart of Gangtok, known for its cafés, local shops, and peaceful atmosphere. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Gangtok, where spirituality, culture, and Himalayan beauty come together. Begin with visits to important monasteries such as Rumtek Monastery, Enchey Monastery, Do Drul Chorten, and Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, which reflect the rich Buddhist heritage of Sikkim.

Continue to scenic viewpoints including Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, and Hanuman Tok, offering panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayan ranges on clear days. Later visit Banjhakri Falls, a peaceful natural waterfall surrounded by forest landscapes.

Return to MG Marg in the evening for leisure, shopping, or café experience. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day exploration of Pelling and its surrounding attractions. Visit the historic Pemayangtse Monastery, one of the oldest and most important monasteries in Sikkim, followed by Rabdentse Ruins, the ancient capital of the former Sikkim kingdom.

Continue to the sacred Khecheopalri Lake, a spiritually significant lake believed to fulfill wishes, surrounded by dense forest and peaceful nature. Later visit the famous Pelling Sky Walk and Chenrezig Statue, offering a thrilling glass bridge experience with panoramic Himalayan views.

After an early breakfast, begin your journey towards North Sikkim as you drive to Lachen, a remote and beautiful mountain village surrounded by untouched Himalayan nature. The road gradually ascends through deep valleys, waterfalls, and alpine forests, showcasing the raw beauty of Sikkim.

En route, enjoy scenic stops at waterfalls and viewpoints along the Teesta River valley. By late afternoon or evening, arrive in Lachen and check in to your mountain lodge. Overnight stay in Lachen.

Early morning, proceed for an unforgettable excursion to Gurudongmar Lake (approx. 5,100m), one of the highest and most sacred lakes in the Himalayas. The journey is dramatic and scenic, passing through high-altitude plateaus and snow-covered landscapes.

After spending time at the lake, return to Lachen for breakfast and continue your drive towards Lachung, another stunning valley town in North Sikkim. The route offers breathtaking views of rivers, waterfalls, and mountain scenery.

On arrival in Lachung, check in to your hotel or lodge. Overnight stay in Lachung.

After breakfast, proceed to Yumthang Valley, famously known as the “Valley of Flowers of Sikkim.” Surrounded by snow peaks, alpine meadows, and colorful landscapes (seasonal), it offers one of the most beautiful experiences in the Himalayas.

You may also visit the natural hot springs, known for their medicinal properties. After sightseeing, begin your return journey to Gangtok via scenic mountain roads and river valleys.
