7:00 AM: Meet your hiking guide at your hotel in Kathmandu and drive by private vehicle to Bosan Village, a traditional Tamang community on the southern side of Kathmandu Valley.
After arriving at Bosan, begin the hike through the village and gradually ascend toward Champadevi Hill. The trail soon enters peaceful forest, continuing uphill through wooded landscapes with fresh mountain air and occasional views of the surrounding hills and Kathmandu Valley.
Continue hiking toward the summit of Champadevi Hill (approximately 2,278m). From the top, enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges and Kathmandu Valley, weather permitting. Take time to relax and enjoy your provided packed lunch and drinking water.
After lunch and sightseeing, begin the descent along the opposite side of Champadevi through forest trails and downhill paths toward Kirtipur. As you descend, enjoy increasingly wide views across Kathmandu Valley before reaching the historic Newari town of Kirtipur.
Explore Kirtipur's cultural heritage, including Bagh Bhairav Temple and Uma Maheshwari Temple, and experience the traditional Newari architecture and atmosphere of the old town.
